God's never ending love

God is always here for us and protects us.  He has blessed me abundantly.  I am greatful for all he shows me daily and i am learning more and more each and every day.

February 1, 2008 devotional

All I want is to know Christ and to experience the power of his resurrection to share in his sufferings and become like him in his death.
Observation
We all should want to know Christ more. For example: When we are hungry for food. Then this is just as if we should be hungry for his word. We all should want to know him more and witness to others about the beautiful work he does in our lives. God loves each and everyone of us. He will never leave us.
Application
In order for me to be different I am going to read his word more and prey more than I do. I am going to share all of the wonderful blessings he has given to me and continues to pour out to us and others. I am going to love others and help them come to know him. We should all try to reach out to others and help them come to know him if they don’t already know our Lord. It is wonderful to watch out for others by sharing God's love with everyone.
Prayer
Dear Lord:
We thank you for being you. You are a wonderful friend to us and you never leave us. Thank you so very much for everything you have done and continue to do for us. We love you so very much. In your holy name I prey amen.

My Reflections

i hope and trust all is well. please know you are all in my prayers constantly. i am very thankful to have met so many friends I am very blessed to know each and everyone of you. i feel very honored that God has allowed me to have you for my sisters in Christ. I would like to leave you with a scripture if i may. This is from Phillipians chapter 1: verses 3 through 7. I thank my God every time I remember you. In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now, being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. Helping me through the storm

God's Direction

Jesus loves each and everyone of us. He wants the best for us as well. We should always remember that he will help us find our direction in our lives. God's Beautiful Blessings

Jesus has blessed me very well this week. I am very greatful because the Lord has allowed me to make a new friend. Heavenly Thoughts

Whenever I am outside where it is very quiet I often think of Heaven. Heaven is a beautiful place. There is no suffering, sorrow, pain, or jealousy either. When someone is in Heaven they are perfect without anything wrong. We all long to be with Jesus one day. He has a place already picked out just waiting for us. We long for the day whenever we can be in his arms. Whenever we are with him we will be protected and safe in his arms. We are in his tender loving care. He wants us to know that he is always with us and he will never leave us. When we are in Heaven there is no worry or stress up there either. Everyone’s body will be made perfect when arriving to Heaven. The blind or visually impaired people will be able to visualize colors and the deaf or hard of hearing people will be able to hear as well. The people with different disabilities will be perfect up there in Heaven just as well. So I can’t wait until we are in Heaven with Jesus. There are many scriptures in the Bible that talk about Heaven. Jesus loves us so much and wants the best for each and every one of us. Let me see what else can I write about? I am still thinking of what I can share with you. Heaven is a very pretty place. Heaven is where we all long to be one day. Jesus has our name written in his book. He loves us so very much and wants us to never forget that. We should alays remember we have a place up in Heaven. Jesus will save us a place up there in Heaven. He is just waiting for us. We have to wait until it is our time.

Seeing Me Through

I hope and trust that when you read this new blog entry that it may bless, encourage, and comfort you. God sees us through each and every moment in our lives. Yesterday I had a Math test at school. I felt very worried about it. I studied extremely hard and worked on relaxing and having positive thoughts. Most importantly though, God was always with me through it all. Their were a lot of problems on the test. Normally the students would take an hour or less to complete it. But for someone like me, it takes double time. It took me approximately three hours. God was with me each and every step of the way. Yesterdy I left the test feeling confident that I may recieve an a or a b. I hope you are all doingwell and I hope to hear from you soon. Seeing From Within My Heart

I really enjoy waking up when it is cool outside in the spring time or in fall. I like the spring and or fall because it smells beautiful outside. When I am walking I can hear and feel the leaves crinkle under my feet. The air smells so fresh and beautiful. The trees look pretty as well. Even though I may not be able to see physically with my own eyes that is okay because I can still see from within my own heart. This is the best way anyone can ever see because there isn’t any judging or anything. I believe sighted people do everything by seeing and a person who doesn’t have sight becomes more observant. Sometimes I miss not being able to see The colors and things outside in the world around me though. However, I can still see from within my heart. But it is better that way because you can actually see the person for who they are from within your heart and not through your eyes. So even though I don’t have any since of color or what things look like physically that is alright because I am use to it already. If a person is blrn blind it may be better because that is all they know. However, if a person looses there sight later in life then it may be harder for them to adjust. But there are advantages and disadvantages to both sides of this story as well. If a person is born blind then they have no recollection of color or what things and or people look like. But if a person looses there sight later in life then they can remember what colors and things look like although it may be vague though.

God's Way

Jesus loves each and everyone of us. Even though we may have bad days while in college we have to always remember that Jesus is always with us each and every step in our lives. I know that i have had some challenging times while in college. But I just have to remember that God is always with me. Please know if you ever need prayeer i am always here and I will pray for you. God's Unfailing Love

The Lord is always here with us. He is with us through whatever we are going through. Whenwas at school I didn't have the best of days. So I had to always know and remember that Jesus loved me and he will help me through. I hope that this blog entry encourages and blesses you through the weeks to come. Renewing Our Strength

When we have days or weeks when we feel very tired. We should always remember that God will refresh and renew us. He will give us strength when we need it. He loves us so much and always will help us through. There may be times in our lives when we feel very tired and or run down. But if we call on God for strength and renewance he will help us. God's Miracle

I am blessed to be in a loving family. I was born blind. The doctors didn't think I would make it past an hour. But with God's grace and strength, here I am. God answers prayers from my family. They are very blessed to have me as well. I have learned so much from my parents, family, and friends. God's Help

God's Never Ending Help

God is with us where ever we go. He wants us to share his love around with others. You can share with people either at home, church, work, school, You should share whenever God places it on your heart to do so. Please know and understand that it may be hard at times. But God wants us to be a light unto him and help others.

First Week InCollege

God has blessed me well and always does. I know he loves us very much and wants the best for us. He has blessed me with wonderful teachers. They are very accomidating and understanding of my needs. I am very blessed to have the Lord in my life. I have a wonderful and loving family. I enjoy being around with my family and church family. I enjoy using my computer, shopping, going for walks, and many things. I like to help others and give back what I have earned. I am currently attending a community college this semester. Legacy

The Lord remembers us for his love and faithfulness. He wants us to spread his word and witness to others. We can pray and encourage others or even have a bible study with them. We should love others as God loves us.

Constant Blessings

The Lord loves us very much. He is always here with us whenever we need him. He will never leave us. Please never forget that. It is always a good idea to try to have time with God. If you have a quiet time with him this is a beautiful thing. God loves for you to have a quiet time with him. So try to schedule time during your dayn whether in the morning or at night to have some quiet time with him.

Helpful information when starting college

It is a good idea to schedule a meeting whth the counselor incharge of the office for students with disabilities or OSD for short. You should also schedule an interview with either your reader or your note taker ahead of time as well because this will help tremendously. I think it is also a good idea to meet with your college instructors a few das ahead of time as well. If you would like sanymjore advice just let me know. Your Friend, Mary.

Preparing for college

I just thought I might write some helpful information when preparing for school and or college. It really helps to first pray about your decision and ask God what you should do. He will always help you in making the right decisions in your lives. It is also helpful to have a support system of either family and or friends. They are a great source of advice as well.

I was born premature only weighing 1 pound 13 ounces. The doctors didn't think I would make it past 1 hour. But with God's love grace and support he helped us through by answering prayers.

It is always a good idea to pray every morning when you wake up and before you go to sleep. God will hear our prayers each time.

Seeing Within My heart

I may not be able to see physically. But I see from within my heart. I may not be able to see what people look like physically. But I see the person from the inside and I remember things or characteristics that we do together. I am very open about my disability. So if you have any questions you may feel free to ask me.
